Meet Dr. Dustin Dukart, DC
Straightforward, evidence-informed chiropractic care in Saint Paul Park, MN — built around a real exam, not a routine.
How I Practice
Every field of medicine evolves as research improves — that’s true of medicine broadly, and it’s true of chiropractic too. I practice on the evidence available today: real exam findings, current research, and honest limits on what manual care can and can’t fix. If something’s outside that scope, I’ll tell you directly and point you toward who can actually help.
No generic adjustment routine — a plan built around what’s actually going on with you.
A dramatic “pop” isn’t the goal, and it’s not required for an adjustment to work — safety and precision are what actually matter here. Curious why? →
Background & Training
B.S. in Human Biology, Doctor of Chiropractic degree, and board certification in physiotherapy through the NBCE — standard training for a Minnesota-licensed chiropractor, though most patients don’t realize it includes structured exercise prescription. That’s why exercise is a built-in part of care here, not an add-on.
Additional training: certified in the Neil Asher Technique (NAT) for frozen shoulder, and Level 2 certified in Reflexive Performance Reset (RPR). Both are tools within a broader plan, not standalone guarantees — in my experience, NAT generally helps with frozen shoulder, though like any technique it doesn’t work the same for everyone.
