Cash Visit
Flat rate, 30 minutes, every time. Covers the exam and treatment for that visit — no add-on fees, no upsells. Fixed for self-pay visits only.
Maintenance Membership
Bi-weekly visits, billed monthly, self-pay. Built for ongoing maintenance and general wellness, not just crisis care.
In-Network Insurance
We’re in-network with BCBS MN, HealthPartners, UnitedHealthcare, Medica, Medicare Part B, VA CCN, and Aetna. If you’re covered by one of these, your visit is billed to your insurance instead of the flat cash rate — but what you actually owe (copay, deductible, coinsurance) depends on your specific plan, not a number we can quote here. Call and we’ll check your benefits before you book, so you know your real cost ahead of time.
